These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Autonoma, Inc. (“Autonoma,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at autonoma.ai and any related subdomains (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
The Site is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate communication between you and Autonoma regarding our products and services. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Site
- Use any automated system, including bots, scrapers, or data mining tools, to access the Site for any purpose without our express written permission
- Introduce any viruses, malware, or other harmful material to the Site
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site
2. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, simulation renders, and the Autonoma and AutoVerse names and marks — is the property of Autonoma, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from the Site without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.
3. AutoVerse Platform
The Site provides information about Autonoma's AutoVerse simulation platform. Access to the AutoVerse platform itself is governed by separate license agreements entered into between Autonoma and its customers. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use the AutoVerse platform.
4. Demo Requests and Communications
When you submit a demo request, contact form, or other inquiry through the Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We may use the information you provide to contact you regarding your inquiry and to send you information about our products and services. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
5. Third-Party Services
The Site integrates with third-party services, including Calendly for scheduling and Vercel for hosting. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Autonoma disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Any information or content obtained through the Site is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Autonoma, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Autonoma, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Alabama, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
