Autonoma made its mark at Cisco Live 2025 — not through a booth or exhibit, but by doing what we do best: showing up with clarity, creativity, and conversations that move the industry forward.

As a proud recipient of Cisco’s U.S. Fast Future Innovation Award, we were honored to attend this year’s event and be recognized for our bold thinking in A.I. and autonomous mobility. That recognition opened doors to meaningful dialogue and deeper engagement — particularly with leaders in airport and airline operations, a sector we’re actively helping evolve.

Cisco Live 2025 was filled with energy and innovation — and Autonoma brought a new kind of momentum to the conversation.

A Ride to Remember

As part of our time at Cisco Live, Autonoma introduced a ride-share service for attendees, offering short, branded rides to and from the venue. These weren’t just convenient — they were personal touchpoints that sparked curiosity and opened up real-time conversations about the future of intelligent mobility.

While the number of rides was intentionally limited, they had an outsized effect: demonstrating how even a brief experience with Autonoma’s platform can change expectations about movement, efficiency, and user experience.

A Night for the Books: Autonoma’s VIP Reception

Autonoma hosted a private VIP event for executives and leaders in the airports and airlines space, creating an environment designed for relaxed, meaningful connection. Over shared drinks, playoff games, and panoramic rooftop views, we fostered an atmosphere that made it easy to have the right conversations — the kind where real insights and opportunities emerge naturally.

Attendees explored topics like bottlenecks in airport operations, the pressure to modernize with fewer resources, and where A.I. and autonomy can drive measurable impact.

With NBA Finals and Dodgers vs. Padres happening at the same time, Autonoma’s VIP evening brought people together for both business and bonding.

Even without a booth on the show floor, Autonoma’s presence resonated. Much of the visibility and buzz came from our VIP event — where strategic signage got people talking. Attendees left not only asking questions about our solutions, but about our story and what sets us apart.

“This event was an excellent opportunity for brand exposure and awareness,” said Jasaun King, Marketing Director of Autonoma. “We had execs, engineers, and curious onlookers stopping to ask, ‘Who is Autonoma?’ The signage did its job — it created curiosity, and curiosity started conversations.”

We didn’t need a booth to make an impression — our visuals and voice sparked plenty of questions.
